If you're reading Percy Jackson books for the first time, this is the reading order I suggest. It's mostly publishing order, but also basically chronological order. The Senior Year Adventures books are the only ones that were published out of chronological order, besides short story collections. This is also a great reading order for a re-read!

📚 Yes, if you're reading Percy Jackson books for the first time, I suggest reading Chalice of the Gods and Wrath of the Triple Goddess after Heroes of Olympus, before reading Trials of Apollo. The Senior Year Adventure books go chronologically between Heroes of Olympus and Trials of Apollo. This is contrary to my usual advice of reading books in publishing order. The reason for the exception is that they're not really prequels to Trials of Apollo. The Senior Year Adventures directly continue Percy's story, whereas Trials of Apollo is more of a spin off.

Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard Series

Magnus Chase is a separate series, but Annabeth and Percy cross over and make a couple of cameo appearances. I suggest reading these any time after The Senior Year Adventures. The third Magnus Chase book, The Ship of the Dead, was published after The Dark Prophecy, the second book in the Trials of Apollo series.
